SENSORY EVALUATION
a. Flavour (Taste + Smell)
it taste a little salty as i added too much of salt but it smells good.
b. Color
it is brown and golden.
c. Texture
it is creamy and the chicken is kind of soft.
STRENGTHS of PRACTICAL EXAM
i am able to follow the instruction carefully and finish it on time.And able to make my presentation.
WEAKNESSES of PRACTICAL EXAMINATION
i am not able to make the food taste nice and i have difficulty in preparing the food.
