Jun Hong


Sensory Evaluation

The dish taste spicy but with the fragance of corainder powder.

It is very salty and spicy but very appetizing.


Colour

The colour is redish orange.

It has coriander leaves on top of it as a garnish.


Texture

The fish is soft and smooth with the fragrance of coriander powder.


Strengths of pratical exam

I think that i had done well in the frying of the fish and the boiling of the sauce.

I am glad that i done a healthy dish as i feel that my dish is delicious.
