Jian Hup



SENSORY EVALUATION
a. Flavour (Taste + Smell)
The Pasta bolognese has a sweet taste for it has put in tomato paste,

However, it taste not like what my aunt had cook but it is still delicious.
The smell is not strong but a bit of smell from the meat.

b. Colour
The colour of it make a mixture of secondary colour and primary colour

for red and yellow is primary while the green take control of the top
making it a dish worth trying.

c. Texture
The texture is soft but not squishy and the meat has cooked to right time

making it chewy.


STRENGTHS of PRACTICAL EXAMINATION
I was able to finish the work on time and does not required to fry the spaghetti
which would take up more time

WEAKNESSES of PRACTICAL EXAMINATION
I trouble finding the right ingredient and this was not easy as it required both boiling and frying method which take up more time than i could have expected.
