SENSORY EVALUATION
a.Flavour(Taste+Smell)
It taste delicious and a little bit of sour as i added some tomatoes in it,
it is delicious and nutritious too.It smell aroma and nice which makes people want to eat more.
b.colour
It look colourful and it makes people want to taste it.It look interesting and savoury too.
c.texture
The egg is soft so as the chicken and the mushroom
STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM
I feel proud as i'm able to complete the dish in time and serve the food nicely and delicious.
WEAKNESS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM
I was not able to cut the chicken nicely and i could not managed to cut all the meat out of the bone.
