SENSORY EVALUATION

1. Color
The color is not so ugly. The color of the food is simple.

2. Texture
The texture is not so rough. The rice is soft and smooth.

3. Flavour (Aroma+Taste)
Its taste is simply delicious. The smell is so so , not very strong.

STRENGTHS of PRACTICAL EXAM
I was just able to finish the coursework on time and the dish was not done very successfully.
It is just acceptable.

WEAKNESSES of PRACTICAL EXAMINATION
I'm not able to follow the instructions carefully but i tried my best and I was happy during the examination. I believe that I can do better next time.
