Melvin Koh

a. Flavour (Taste + Smell)
It tastes sweet. And it give off a smell that is quite pleasant it taste is acceptable

b. Color
It color is brownish-black.

c. Texture
The chicken is quite chewy and the sauce that was on it is quite nice too.


STRENGTHS of PRACTICAL EXAMINATION
It let us had a hand-on experiences and on the same time we can enjoy the whole process of cooking. It is not like any examination, it doesn’t restrict us to only a table and a chair. It allows us to move around to get ingredient and we may also check up on people foods as to see what they doing. We don’t have to keep quiet and do the examination. So it is quite nice to have a practical examination. Best part is, we don’t have to study for it.


WEAKNESSES of PRACTICAL EXAMINATION
The time is not enough for me,as a result,i had to speed up the process of baking it in the oven,it supposed to take 40min but i reduce the time limit to only 20min. Other thing is still acceptable.
