SENSORY EVALUATION
a. Flavour (Taste + Smell)
The taste of the rice is good, so is the smell. The ikan bilis are tasty and not so salty due to the addition of sugar. Tomatoes are used as garnish to add on to the dish. However, the egg is a little overcooked.

b. Colour
The colour of the rice is white and the ikan bilis are golden brown. The egg is yellowish white in colour.

c. Texture
The rice is a little watery but the ikan bilis is hard. The egg is a little crispy on the edges.

STRENGTHS of PRACTICAL EXAMINATION
I am able to finish the task on time and came up with a good dish.

WEAKNESSES of PRACTICAL EXAMINATION
I am not very sure when to stop cooking the rice and require assistance.
