Coursework for Sec 2 Express

Hi Students!

I do hope you have had a great time executing your practical examination last week. Well, I did and I must say that I was very impressed by the level of commitment and enthusiasm displayed by your cohort. Keep it up!

However, we still need to complete one vey last assignment and that is EVALUATION. This last section of the coursework is basically a summary of what and how you have achieved your objective for the coursework.

Just to recap, the topic for your coursework was:
You can combine both fresh and processed foods to create nutritious and tasty dishes. Create an interesting one-dish meal using both fresh and processed food for a busy working adult.

Please also bear in mind that this evaluation has a total of 10 marks. So what do you have to do now? There are three sections to be completed:

  1. SENSORY EVALUATION - Flavour (taste & smell), Colour, Texture
  2. STRENGTHS of the PRACTICAL EXAM
  3. WEAKNESSES of the PRACTICAL EXAM

You have to also upload the picture of your dish. You can retrieve the pictures from the previous email that I had forwarded to you.
