Taste is abit salty but has a nice buttery tinch to it

It has a nice yellow tint to it. doesn't look burnt

c.texture

It has a smooth consistency to it and is not too dry.



STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM

Managed to cook the items without any of them being over cooked or burnt.
quick in cleaning up?

Abit slow and just managed to do it on time.

The heat was too high when i was cooking the cheese. Overall it was too salty.

it taste cheesy, together with the mixture of the broccoli and sliced chicken, it taste absolutely crunchy and chewy. It has a great fragrance of the majority cheese and barbecue( taste a little choky).

STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM
It has taste that I have expected and the saltiness of the dish is just right. The baking time is also just nice to make the dish look cheesy.

The presentation of the dish is not very successful because the garnishings are supposed to be placed in the middle to make the food more outstanding but not at the sides.

(a) Flavour(Taste+Smell)
The flavour was very cheesy but it tasted nicer when it was cold.
It smelled quite nice.
Tastes best when the upper layer and bottom layer is eaten together.


(b) Colour
The colour of the upper layer was brown and orange which looked quite nice.
The lower layer of macaroni also looked fine.

(c) Texture
The upper layer was slightly hard which made it very chewy.
The lower layer was soft.

I was able to complete everything in time and sort out what to do when something goes wrong.

The whole practical was unplanned.

Tasty and rich with the flavour of tomatoes and smell was smoky and rich as well

Red sauce with Green spring onions as garnish and creamy colour of the macroni gave a colourful dish .

Very good texture. A blend of roast vegetables and pasta.



STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM
The taste was good .Finished it within the time limit and used two methods of cooking : Roasting using oven and frying .

The presentation of the food was a bit crowded with pasta.....
