Priyanka 2e1


a.Flavour(Taste+Smell)
Tasty and rich with the flavour of tomatoes and smell was smoky and rich as well

b.colour
Red sauce with Green spring onions as garnish and creamy colour of the macroni gave a colourful dish .


c.texture
Very good texture. A blend of roast vegetables and pasta.



STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM
The taste was good .Finished it within the time limit and used two methods of cooking : Roasting using oven and frying .




WEAKNESS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM
The presentation of the food was a bit crowded with pasta.....
