Sushi

Sensory Evaluation


Taste: Nice, Why? We Put Japanese Cucumber, Crab Stick And Seaweed.


Colour: White, Green, Red And Dark Green .


Texture: Sticky, Soft And Dry.


Appearance: It Was Very Neat And It Stand Up Right On The White Beautiful Plate.


Smell: It Smell Good, Why? Because We Washed The Rice Very Clean And The Cucumber, Crab Stick.





Strengths: Me And Syafiq Did A Great Team Work When We Were Cooking For Our Pratical Exam.





Weaknesse: Me And Syafiq Did Not Cooperate One And Another.






Next Time In Sec 2 We Will Do Better.







  1. We Will Do Better Then Last Year Pratical Exam.



  2. If We Have Another Homec Teacher We Will Make Them Something Speacial.



  3. We Wish We Got A Professional Homec Teacher.



  4. We Will Put More Effort Next Year.



  5. Our Wish Is For Teacher To Cook For Us One Recipe For Students Day.
