a.Flavour(Taste+Smell)
A bit bland.There was more cheese smell.
b.colourNot colourful enough and it was mostly a bit of white colour.
c.texture
soft and moist.
STRENGTHS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM
Time management was there and i had enough time to do everything.
WEAKNESS OF THE PRACTICAL EXAM
Not being able to bring out the dish that i had in mind. Maybe sometime went wrong
