SENSORY EVALUATION
a. Flavour (Taste + Smell)
Its taste is simply delicious. The smell is also very fragrant.
b. Color
The color is not so ugly. The color of the food is very unique as there s a mix and match of colors.
c. Texture
The texture is not so rough. But then the pizza bed is burnt.
STRENGTHS of PRACTICAL EXAM
I was able to finish the coursework on time. And gave it a good presentation.
WEAKNESSES of PRACTICAL EXAMINATION
I had a lack of ingredients on my pizza.
